Tina comes from a hands-on family farm. It was common for her and her four siblings to bale hay, till the fields, drive a combine tractor, and take care of the livestock. She grew-up without many ordinary luxuries, such as air conditioning or a dish washer, and a daily one mile trek to the bus stop was commonplace for this hearty brood. All this hard work developed an industrious nature in Tina that has carried-over into every other part of her life today.

While working her way through college as a dorm resident’s assistant at North Greenville College, Tina met Marty. The two have been married for over twenty five years. Both run successful businesses but are most proud of the two daughters they have reared together. Tina has tried to instill her work ethic, motivation, and ambition towards excellence in her children. Her youngest daughter is attending the University of Arkansas on a scholarship. Her eldest also attended Arkansas and is currently working for Belks’ corporate office. Both have taken after their mother in creative talents.

Tina has worked as a professional Interior Decorator for 12 years. She has restored the old Balthis home in the York-Chester historic district and houses her company’s offices there. Tina posses an eye for a home’s unique qualities, the know-how of punctuating a properties’ character, and understands what features most appeal to your market. All this makes her a secret weapon for anyone looking to sell!

Tina began in real estate as buyer’s agent. Moving on to Remax Executive in Charlotte, she quickly became a top 100 producer for a three state region. Tina finally decided to open her own firm that now handles residential and commercial sales and purchases, as well as rentals and property management.

Tina’s sincerity and ability to connect to her clients like family are what set Tina apart in the real estate industry.
