Since the majority of houses sell quickly in the NC area, it’s essential to have your plans made for where you will go next. Are you going to rent an apartment or buy a condo? Are you moving to a retirement home and if so, which one. Are you going to relocate or buy a larger home?

Buying a new property
If buying another property, find out if the funds you have are enough to make the move that you are considering. So be sure to find out what property costs where you are going and if your mortgage broker thinks you’ll be approved for the appropriate size loan.
