Tina Smith Property Management provides management of residential and commercial real estate. 

What sets us apart from the rest of the property management firms is simple:

Some of the property management services we provide:

Finance

We can provide an income statement that displays all of the collections and expenses for each investment property.  The owner receives a copy of the statement along with a revenue check at the end of each month.   We can provide a variety of financial and property reports to our clients by using several of our property management and accounting software packages. 

Administration

Tina Smith Property Management provides Special and Board Meeting Attendance, Record Keeping, Supervision, and a variety of administrative and clerical services.

Maintenance

We provide a full array of maintenance services.  From in-house maintenance to utilizing our network of maintenance specialists, we can perform any maintenance task on our properties.  By offering a 24 hour emergency line and online ticketing methods, we personally handle any maintenance request given at any time.
